Welcome to MerryKeep ("we", "us"). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of merrykeep.com and your purchases from our store. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to make a purchase.

2. Orders & acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel any order — including orders flagged by our fraud checks — and will refund you in full if we do. A confirmation email does not guarantee acceptance until the order enters production.

3. Personalization — your responsibility

Personalized items are produced exactly from the information you provide (names, dates, spelling, uploaded photos). Please double-check everything before checkout; we print what you approve, including the preview shown by our personalizer. Use standard English characters unless the product page says otherwise. You may cancel or edit your order within 24 hours of placing it; after production begins, changes are no longer possible.

4. Your content & license

By uploading photos or text, you confirm you own them or have permission to use them, and you grant us a limited license to use them solely to produce and fulfill your order (including production previews). We do not sell or reuse your uploads for marketing without your permission. We may decline content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate.

5. Intellectual property

All site content, product designs, and branding remain the property of MerryKeep or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, or reproduce our designs without written permission. Copyright concerns are handled under our DMCA & Copyright Policy.

6. Pricing & payment

All prices are in USD. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, and to modify or discontinue products at any time. Discount codes cannot be applied after an order is placed.

7. Shipping, returns & refunds

Shipping timelines are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, including our 45-Day Happiness Guarantee.

8. Disclaimers

Our products and site are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. Handmade, made-to-order items may show slight natural variations; minor color differences versus your screen are normal.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MerryKeep will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the order concerned.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.
