Shipping Policy

Made to order — in the USA

All items are made to order and printed and shipped from our US facility. Production typically takes 1–3 business days before your order ships.

Shipping time & total delivery

Standard US shipping takes approximately 6–9 business days after production. Total delivery time: 7–12 business days (production + shipping) from the day you order. Express shipping delivers in 2–3 business days once your item is made.

Shipping rates (US)

  • Free standard shipping on US orders over $49.
  • $5.95 flat standard shipping on orders under $49.
  • $19.95 express shipping (2–3 business days after production).
  • New email subscribers receive a code for free standard shipping on their first US order, with no minimum. The code applies to standard shipping only — not express or international.

International shipping

We also ship worldwide to 25+ countries for a flat $24.95. International delivery times vary by destination, and orders may be subject to local customs or import fees, which are the recipient's responsibility.

Peak season

During peak seasons (Black Friday and the Christmas holidays) production may take a few extra business days as demand rises. We recommend ordering early and following the on-site holiday cutoff date.

Holiday cutoff

Order by December 7 for delivery before Christmas with standard shipping, or by December 14 with express shipping. We also post the cutoff on-site throughout December.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can follow your package anytime on our Track Your Order page.

Please allow 2–4 business days after shipping for the carrier to scan your package into their system. Tracking may not show movement until that first scan — this is normal and doesn't mean your order is delayed.

Address changes

Need to fix a shipping address? Email support@merrykeep.com as soon as possible — we can update it any time before your order ships.

Our On-Time Promise

If your order doesn't arrive within the estimated delivery window (excluding incorrect shipping addresses and carrier exceptions beyond our control), contact us and we'll make it right: we'll resend your order or refund you — your choice. Every order is covered by our 45-Day Happiness Guarantee.
